Doctor of Law. He has been associated with the University of Administration in Bielsko-Biała since 2006. A longtime employee of central state administration bodies, holding many managerial positions and a former academic teacher of the Police Academy. In his scientific activity and teaching work, he deals with, among others, the field of law creation and the substantive and systemic issues of public administration functioning, including the system of public safety and order administration, police law, and legal standards for cooperation between national administrations in the EU administrative space. Author of many scientific publications, research and development works, and organizer of national and international scientific conferences.
