The tuition fee for the academic year for undergraduate students is:
full-time studies – 4.600,-PLN (2.300,-PLN per semester).
When paying in 10 installments 4.700,-PLN (10 x 470 PLN)
part-time study – 4.600,-PLN (2.300,-PLN per semester).

The tuition fee for master’s degree students is:
part-time study – 4.900,-PLN (2.450,-PLN per semester).
When paying in 10 installments 5000,-PLN (10 x 500 PLN)

Possible discounts:
- 60% discount when enrolling in a second bachelor’s degree program
- 30% discount on postgraduate studies for master’s degree students starting postgraduate studies no later than the 4th semester of second-degree studies
- 5% discount for holders of the Large Family Card
- 50% tuition discount for each second semester of study in the academic year at WSA for each person whose family member (father/mother/daughter/son/sister/brother/wife/husband) is currently a student or listener at the Higher School of Administration in Bielsko-Biała (a document confirming kinship must be presented during the recruitment process).
- Second specialization in first and second degree study programs – (with the prior consent of the Rector) free of charge.
- For employees of local government units (bachelor’s degree studies) – the entry fee is credited towards the tuition fee for the second semester (during the recruitment process, a document confirming current employment in a local government unit must be presented).
- Graduates of bachelor’s studies at the Higher School of Administration starting master’s studies are exempt from the recruitment fee and entry fee.
Promotions do not combine.
Possible discounts for postgraduate students:
- 20% discount for graduates of the Higher School of Administration in Bielsko-Biała
- 30% discount for listeners of postgraduate study programs who are simultaneously studying at WSA in second degree studies
- 30% discount for each cheaper direction for listeners who have started more than one direction at the same time
- If more than one person from the family (family member) studies at the university, the tuition fee is reduced by 25% per semester for each person. Family members are considered to be spouses, parents, and siblings.
- 5% discount for students with the Large Family Card.
If the listener were entitled to discounts from several titles, the listener can only take advantage of one more advantageous discount.
