Postgraduate studies in “Public Administration” are intended for public administration employees at various levels, for managers and specialists from different sectors who want to develop their careers in the field of public administration.
What will you learn during the studies?
The aim of the postgraduate studies in “Public Administration” is to enhance qualifications and improve the skills of performing administrative tasks, taking into account good EU practices and standards. In the study program, alongside theoretical content, issues related to practical social competencies are implemented in the form of workshop and training sessions, which allow for the deepening of social skills, creative thinking, and creative project management, as well as help to understand the role and significance of public administration in the functioning of the state, to understand and apply key legal regulations regarding the activities of public institutions, and to acquire the ability to identify, assess and manage key processes in public administration. The studies also help to gain knowledge about the implementation of effective management systems in public institutions and to understand the role of ethics and responsibility in managing public institutions.
