The training program “Pedagogical Preparation for the Teaching Profession” is dedicated to those who want to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for teaching. These studies are a response to the dynamically changing world of education, in which teachers must not only transmit knowledge, but also shape attitudes, develop skills and competences of students.
Who are the studies aimed at?
The postgraduate studies “Pedagogical Preparation for the Teaching Profession” are aimed at those who wish to start a teaching career or expand their pedagogical qualifications. The program is suitable for people with different educational and professional backgrounds who want to influence future generations through education.
What will you learn in the studies?
The goal of the postgraduate studies is to prepare participants for work in schools and to obtain pedagogical preparation for teaching general education and vocational subjects. Participants will be given knowledge in psychology, pedagogy, subject didactics, and shaping methodological skills at all levels of education. Upon completion of the studies, participants will have both theoretical knowledge in pedagogy and practical teaching skills, which will allow them to effectively teach and inspire students at various stages of education. The classes will introduce participants to various teaching strategies and motivational techniques, which will enable them to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment. Pedagogical preparation also includes learning about modern educational technologies, which are playing an increasingly important role in today’s world. The study program is in line with the regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of July 25, 2019, on the standard of education preparing for the teaching profession.
