The postgraduate studies “Organization and Management in Education” are intended for teachers, school directors, managers of educational institutions, people who are preparing to take on managerial roles in education, teachers, and individuals dealing with educational issues in local government units, as well as those interested in developing their career in educational management.
What will you learn in the studies?
Postgraduate studies “Organization and Management in Education” shape comprehensive competencies necessary for effective management of an educational institution. Participants will understand the legal mechanisms regulating the operation of the education system in Poland, as well as the principles of functioning of educational administration. They will acquire skills in designing and implementing school development strategies, taking into account the specifics of the local community. They will learn modern methods of human resource management in education, which allow for effective use of the potential of school employees. During the studies, particular emphasis is placed on developing skills in the field of analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of educational institutions. Participants will also learn methods of managing finances in education, which will allow them to effectively manage the institution’s budget. The graduate of postgraduate studies has knowledge in the field of educational management, mainly in the field of educational law, labor law, public finances, property administration. Completion of postgraduate studies in the field of organization and management in education enables the acquisition of qualifications required from people holding or applying for managerial positions in any type of educational institution.
