Postgraduate Studies: Human Resources and Payroll

The training program “Human Resources and Payroll” is dedicated to individuals who wish to deepen their skills and knowledge in the area of human resource management and compensation systems. The postgraduate studies respond to the growing job market demands concerning competencies in managing personnel and payroll in various types of organizations.

The postgraduate studies “Human Resources and Payroll” are designed for professionals working in areas such as human resource management, accounting, labor law, as well as for managers and specialists from various sectors who want to develop their career in the field of human resources and payroll, and also for those running a business who want to independently manage HR and payroll matters in their own company.

What will you learn in the studies?

Postgraduate studies in “Human Resources and Payroll” prepare for the profession of compensation specialist and HR specialist. The aim of the studies is to provide specialist and comprehensive theoretical knowledge combined with practical skills in labor law, settlement of employee benefits, remuneration, HR documentation, tax, and Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) matters. The study program covers the full range of knowledge and skills needed to reliably perform duties in HR, HR and payroll, and accounting positions. Graduates will gain the ability to use computer programs necessary for keeping HR and payroll records. The advantage of this course is that a significant part of the classes will be conducted by people with many years of practice in HR positions. A graduate of the postgraduate studies in Human Resources and Payroll will have knowledge related to handling current employee affairs, calculating salaries, and settling with the Social Insurance Institution and the Tax Office.
